Core Responsibilities for the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI)

• Building AI-powered tools and agents: Integrate applied AI into workflows using modern frameworks, consult with business stakeholders, and build agentic workflows and tools such as RAG-powered QA tools and FreshDesk integrations.
• Building and maintaining a shared agent platform: Create templates, approved patterns, and deployment infrastructure so Customer Operations teams can build their own agents without handling deployment scripts.
• Building robust internal software: Develop custom FreshDesk widgets and own the full lifecycle of these applications from building and hosting to monitoring and retiring.
