UpGuard is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for an entry-level IT role based in LATAM. In this position, you will help build, operate, and improve the technology platform that allows the team to work securely and efficiently. This is an engineering role focused on automating routine tasks and managing corporate technology from end to end with a salary of $1500.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage platforms, identity systems, and device fleets, including Google Workspace, IdP tools, and MDM solutions for macOS and ChromeOS.
- Operate and improve Cloudflare Zero Trust environments across ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, tunnels, and access policies.
- Build internal automation and tooling using REST APIs, Python, Apps Script, Terraform, n8n, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Handle service operations, incident management, reliability, zero-touch provisioning, and embedded security controls.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Fresh experience level.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS administration, identity providers, and device management at an organizational scale.
- Hands-on understanding of Zero Trust principles, network access controls, SSO, SAML, SCIM, DNS, and certificates.
