IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Windows Server

Reservix GmbH is seeking an IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Windows Server for a telecom and IT infrastructure role based in Frankfurt am Main. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates with a bachelor's degree or completed IT training, such as Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration or IT-Systemelektroniker:in, along with 0 to 2 years of experience. C1-level German language skills are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop internal server environments using Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V.
• Design Active Directory structures, group policies, and file and print servers.
• Manage Windows environment hardening, patch management, and authorization concepts.
• Handle technical implementation in IT projects alongside the project management team.
• Document work using Jira and Confluence.

What You Bring

• Practical experience in designing and administering Windows server environments, hybrid scenarios (Azure / Entra ID), and IT infrastructure like networks and backups.
• Structured, target-oriented working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ideal additional experience includes telecommunications administration (such as Mitel or Unified Communications), network technology (switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs), and backup and recovery.
