IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Windows Server in Frankfurt am Main
Reservix GmbH is seeking an entry-level IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Windows Server to join the team in Frankfurt am Main. This telecom field role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, with a market competitive salary.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the internal server infrastructure using Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V.
- Design Active Directory structures, Hyper-V environments, group policies, and file and print servers.
- Manage Windows environment hardening, patch management, and authorization concepts.
- Take technical responsibility for IT projects in close collaboration with the IT and project management teams.
- Document work in Jira and Confluence while utilizing appropriate communication tools.
Requirements
- Practical experience in designing, building, and administering Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid scenarios (Azure / Entra ID) and solid IT infrastructure knowledge including networking and backup.
- A completed IT education, such as Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
- Structured, goal-oriented working style with C1-level German language skills.
- Ideally, background knowledge in telecommunications administration (such as Mitel or Unified Communications systems), network technology (switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs), and backup and recovery.
