Junior Customer Programs Manager DACH (m/w/d) in Cologne
SoSafe is looking for a Junior Customer Programs Manager DACH (m/w/d) for a management role based in Cologne. As part of the entry-level position requiring 0 to 2 years of experience and intermediate education, you will join the Customer Programs Team to guide mid-market and SMB customers from onboarding through renewal using webinars, ad-hoc calls, and 1-to-many interactions.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute scalable customer programs including user training, content curation, and automated CS processes like lifecycle management and maturity models.
- Monitor the customer health score for existing accounts and run campaigns aimed at increasing upsells and retention across a portfolio of 500 to 1,000 accounts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and product and marketing teams to design 1-to-many experiences and webinars.
- Analyze data to spot common challenges, optimize processes, share best practices, and act as an operational champion maintaining data hygiene in tools like Salesforce.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Inside Sales, BDR, or Product Marketing.
- Familiarity with standard SaaS tech stacks including Salesforce, Highspot, Planhat, and AI tools.
- Diplomatic skills, composure under pressure during escalations, and a solution-oriented mindset driven by data.
- Comfort demonstrating product features online to larger audiences and a proactive, self-motivated team-player attitude.
