Carwow is looking for a Junior Partner Operations Manager (m/w/d) for its management team in Munich. This is an entry-level position suited for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a primary or matric education background. Carwow operates a leading online marketplace for car changing, leasing, and buying, having grown significantly through vehicles sold and auctioned over the platform alongside the acquisition of Autovia.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of the Commercial Operations team, you will act as the operational backbone for account and key account management to help partner dealerships maximize their performance. Your tasks include:

• Acting as the central interface and first point of contact for partner dealers and the commercial team regarding operational platform questions.
• Identifying weaknesses in partner workflows and developing solutions with internal teams like product and tech to increase efficiency.
• Supporting the team with data-driven partner performance analysis and creating actionable recommendations for sales, strategy, and account management.
• Maintaining data integrity and quality within data-driven systems.
• Working on cross-functional projects, including the implementation of AI processes to improve the partner experience.
• Creating and maintaining internal and external documentation for operational processes.
