The position offers a guaranteed base pay with an hourly rate between $19.23 and $20.19, plus monthly performance bonuses with a target of $4,750 and the potential to reach $9,500 based on metrics such as total policies sold and close rate.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients seeking better insurance options during the mortgage process.
• Advise customers on marketplace options, assist with the policy purchase process, verify policy information prior to binding, process payments, and assist with DocuSign and settlement sheets.
• Maintain active P&C or Personal Lines licenses, stay up to date on market trends, carrier products, and new guidelines, and actively participate in team training sessions.
• Deliver customer service while conducting detailed follow-ups via email and phone to attain sales goals.

Requirements and Benefits
