Vogel, one of Germany's most successful mid-sized consultancy firms based in München, is currently seeking a senior-level professional for a permanent Manager Financial Performance & Value Creation (m/w/d) role within management. This position offers a salary range of €114,750 to €153,000 per year and requires a Master's degree alongside five or more years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should come from a background in strategy consulting or transaction services, such as Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, or a Big Four deal advisory unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial value creation plans for each acquisition, determining fee levels, service scopes, responsibilities, and team structures with clear timelines and expected results.
• Track these plans over years rather than months, comparing actual figures against initial valuation assumptions so that subsequent acquisitions benefit from past learnings.
• Analyze ongoing accounting data to evaluate profitability and productivity across mandates, services, and employees, identifying hidden unbilled work and cross-subsidies.
• Derive actionable measures from every finding with designated owners and deadlines, lead fee negotiations directly or alongside professionals, and report straight to the owner-managers Joachim and Moritz Vogel.
