Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions specializing in advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, is seeking a senior-level Market Development Executive (MDE), US Navy to join our Sales team in the USA. This position offers a salary of $200,000 and is eligible for 100% remote work, with a preference for candidates who maintain proximity to key U.S. Navy commands.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated background engaging senior U.S. Navy stakeholders across NAVWAR, PEO C4I, OPNAV staffs, Fleet Forces Command, and Warfare Centers

Position Overview

Operating upstream of traditional transactional sales, the Market Development Executive (MDE), US Navy serves as our senior market-shaping leader. You will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Growth, focusing on influencing capability development and shaping requirements for our battle-proven StreamCaster radios and proprietary MN-MIMO waveform technology.

In this role, your strategic efforts will align with Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO), the Naval Operational Architecture, and JADC2. You will coordinate a team-based pursuit model alongside Business Development, DoD Account Sales, OEM and Prime Sales, and Motorola Solutions Government Affairs. Furthermore, you will deliver continuous market intelligence to leadership regarding Navy network modernization, tactical communications, and spectrum management, while representing Silvus at key defense and industry forums.
