Member of Technical Staff (ML)

Reka is hiring a senior-level IT professional for a Member of Technical Staff (ML) role, based in the UK and USA. In this position, you will contribute to the entire development cycle of large deep learning models, preparing datasets, designing architectures, and implementing scalable solutions to support the company's multimodal artificial intelligence mission.

Role Requirements

You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical applications. Applicants must possess:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with training and evaluating large deep learning models
• Proficiency in standard deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and JAX
• A proven track record of applying machine learning algorithms at scale
• A collaborative nature and the ability to build in a fast-paced environment
