Offensive Security Lead

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud platform company headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking an Offensive Security Lead for a senior-level position based in Europe. In this role, you will lead the internal offensive security team within the Product Security Team to build and run the company's red team capability, targeting high-value assets across the Nebius Cloud stack.

Responsibilities of the Offensive Security Lead in Europe

• Build and lead a red team function, hiring and developing offensive security engineers.
• Validate and extend Secure SDLC threat models through continuous penetration testing.
• Automate routine validations and execute full-scoped red team engagements against the cloud platform, including compute, storage, networking, inference, and orchestration layers.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response teams on purple team exercises and research novel attacks against GPU infrastructure and AI platform managed services.
• Assess tenant-isolation boundaries and deliver actionable reports for technical and leadership audiences.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 6+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation, including at least 1-2 years of leadership or mentoring experience. Applicants are required to have a Primary or Matric education level. The role requires deep experience attacking cloud-native environments, strong attack lifecycle fundamentals, proficiency in custom tooling development using languages like Python or Go, and the ability to produce senior-level risk reports.
