Enpal, Germany's first green unicorn, is looking for a Senior Onboarding Manager:in (w/m/d) for a permanent management role based in Berlin. In this position, you will help drive the renewable energy transition by guiding new blue-collar employees from contract signing to their start at the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire onboarding process in close collaboration with the academy, trainers, fleet, warehouse, IT, travel, recruiting, and regional branches.
- Work with IT to ensure all necessary hardware and software are ready so new hires are fully operational.
- Serve as the primary organizational contact for new employees and maintain master data while verifying documents such as residence and work permits.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in German and good English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with PCs and various systems, combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to regularly work on-site at the academy in Dahlewitz, alongside a flexible hybrid arrangement between home office and the academy.
