Operations Analyst (Finance) in LATAM at Able
Able is seeking a mid-level Operations Analyst (Finance) to join our remote Operations function in Latin America. Working closely with our Head of Finance, this hands-on finance role combines day-to-day financial execution with business insights, helping us evolve as an AI-native organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage payroll execution across US and LATAM systems, contractor payments, and expense management.
- Support the monthly close process through reconciliations, journal entries, invoice tracking, and budgeting partnerships.
- Build and maintain leadership dashboards covering revenue, pipeline, utilization, cash, and retainer health.
- Establish recurring reporting and monitor data quality across systems such as Deel, HubSpot, Attio, and Greenhouse.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
- Primary or Matric education level required, alongside hands-on payroll, expense management, and monthly close experience.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency, experience with SQL or business intelligence tools, and dashboard-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
