fravio GmbH is looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Cologne as a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager. We are a growing social media agency working with brands such as Wolt, Miles, XING, and Vodafone, focusing on innovative social concepts, influencer campaigns, and Street Generated Content. If you have a background in agency-side campaign management and are looking to take ownership of complex projects, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager, you will serve as the strategic backbone of our influencer unit. This position requires you to manage high-level projects from initial concept through to final reporting, including budget planning and contract negotiations. You will act as the primary contact for key accounts, advising clients on trends and scaling opportunities while refining our internal project workflows to ensure scalability.
In addition to campaign execution, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and managing significant media budgets, translating data into actionable insights for our clients. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of the creator market and are comfortable negotiating fees and briefing creators efficiently.
