Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

If you are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) position in Berlin, tech-driven healthcare company praxipal has an opening on their Marketing team. Praxipal develops AI-powered healthcare solutions, including their AI receptionist Luna, and is expanding into new medical fields and products. In this role, you will build and scale paid acquisition channels to help medical practices discover these solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
• Manage the marketing budget independently while monitoring CAC and key performance metrics.
• Continuously test new creatives, keywords, and landing pages to scale what works.
• Build a robust tracking and reporting setup to drive data-backed decisions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to refine target audiences and messaging.

Requirements for the Role

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring at least 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally within a B2B startup or SaaS environment focused on SMB clients. You should have experience managing budgets independently, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and familiarity with tracking and analytics tools. A hands-on approach is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both German and English (written and spoken) and be ready to work 5 days a week on-site in Berlin.
