This entry-level position requires 0-2 years of experience and a primary or matric education level, alongside current enrollment in a relevant field of study such as business administration, psychology, statistics, or sociology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support project steering and coordination within brand activation and shopper marketing.
- Prepare analyses, data, and presentations, ensuring a clear and precise layout.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in research, evaluations, and text work.
- Handle internal communication and help maintain structured project workflows and timelines.
Candidate Profile
- Enrolled student in a related discipline with a desire to take on responsibility.
- Prior practical experience through an internship or previous student job is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and an interest in consulting and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and very good written and spoken German language skills.
- Availability for 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for more hours during semester breaks.
