Product Lead

Almedia, ranked Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 by the FT1000, is seeking a senior-level Product Lead for a management role based in Berlin. This position offers a salary range of €120,000 to €160,000 with equity included, bringing total compensation up to €200k. Almedia operates Freecash, an engagement engine connecting mobile game studios with users, and aims to become Germany's second bootstrapped unicorn.

Role Ownership and Scope

As a Product Lead in Berlin, you will own end-to-end outcomes from hypothesis and roadmap to build, metrics, and results. You will tackle hard, ambiguous problems by forming a sharp point of view, validating it against data, and shipping with conviction. Your scope will initially focus on Freecash and expand into new verticals as you earn it.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Founder-like mindset with the ability to make calls using incomplete information
• Strong data analysis skills, with comfort using tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and execute from ideation to launch and iteration
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing apps
• Background as a former founder, experience scaling through hyper-growth (50 to 200+ people), or a background in mobile gaming or advertising is considered a plus
