Product Manager Management Job in Munich, Germany
CesiumAstro is expanding its team at the new Munich, Germany office and is seeking a Senior Level Product Manager within the Product Engineering Group. In this management role, you will help build, enhance, and manage out-of-the-box communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and airborne platforms, driving the entire product lifecycle from concept to customer integration for the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams across product development cycles.
- Engage directly with technical customers to translate needs into actionable product requirements.
- Oversee product and feature launches, manage continuous improvements, and create technical documentation such as user manuals and white papers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field like Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical product development, product management, communication electronics design, or application support.
- Strong understanding of RF electronics, communication systems, digital systems, embedded software, FPGAs, and power electronics.
- Working knowledge of Python or C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience working with technical customers and strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software domains.
