Product Owner (m/w/d) - Customer Domain in München

doctari GmbH is seeking a Product Owner (m/w/d) - Customer Domain for a management position based in München. You will take ownership of doctari pro, the central B2B booking platform connecting hospitals and healthcare facilities with medical personnel in temporary work or fixed-term employment.

Working alongside cross-functional teams in engineering, UX design, and internal stakeholders, you will drive product strategy, manage the backlog, and integrate modern technologies such as artificial intelligence into the platform.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role, ideally in B2B SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience developing digital products for business clients from product discovery to data-driven optimization.
• Sufficient technical understanding to evaluate architectural decisions and discuss trade-offs with engineering.
• Analytical thinking, a structured and pragmatic approach, and a strong enthusiasm for AI-supported products.
• Very good German and fluent English language skills. Experience with Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success is a plus.
