Regional Sales Manager - Minnesota

BigID, recognized as one of Forbes America's Best Startup Employers 2026, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Minnesota for our sales team. In this senior-level remote role based in Minnesota, you will drive deals, execute account strategies, and manage territory quotas for our data security, privacy, and AI data management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to close new business and drive expansion.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account intelligence in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with key executives and senior-level decision-makers.
• Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover territory opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 to 10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software and data security to mid-size and large enterprises.
• Track record of closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals and overachieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000, supplemented by variable or bonus compensation, equity incentives, flexible PTO, 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision options, and additional benefits.
