Carrot, the leading global fertility and family care platform trusted by multinational employers and health plans across 195 countries, is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate in the USA to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, researching target accounts in your territory and conducting outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate high-value opportunities for our Account Executives.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry or capacity
• Experience prospecting into complex, strategic, enterprise, or national accounts
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, productivity, task automation, and outreach
• Strong skills in strategic account prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and communication
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesNav, and SalesLoft or Outreach

Compensation and Interview Details

The salary for this entry-level Sales Associate position is $55,000–$65,000. Our transparent interview process includes a 30-minute recruiter screen, a 45-minute hiring manager interview, and a 45-minute peer panel interview.
