Senior Analyst, Care Operations – USA IT Role

Hims & Hers, a public NYSE-traded health and wellness platform (HIMS), is seeking a Senior Analyst, Care Operations to join the team in the USA. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this senior-level IT and analytics position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably within a consumer marketplace or high-growth direct-to-consumer company.

In this role, you will lead complex analyses, monitor KPIs, and independently own operational workstreams to improve processes for patients and providers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations while utilizing advanced data tools.

• 6+ years of experience in analytics and/or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Looker, Tableau, and AI tools like Claude
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative mindset
