Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Art Director (d/f/m) to join the management team in Stuttgart. In this senior-level position, you will use your visual craft and conceptual strength to develop distinctive creative work spanning classic campaigns, employer branding, PR ideas, and internal communications. You will take creative ownership of projects from the initial concept to final execution, working fluidly in both German and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and visualize creative concepts across various channels and formats
• Translate campaign ideas into consistent, high-quality individual assets tailored to specific media, audiences, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers, and other disciplines on integrated solutions
• Present and defend creative ideas confidently to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 5+ years of professional experience as an Art Director within an advertising agency or similar creative environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing distinctive visual work, creative excellence, and visual storytelling
• Experience balancing creative ambition with stakeholder needs, with B2B or retail experience considered a plus
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and strong presentation skills
