Senior Business Intelligence Lead in München
Reev is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Lead (all genders) for a senior-level management role based in München. As EV charging evolves into everyday infrastructure, this position addresses the challenge of inconsistent metrics by establishing a single, trustworthy data foundation so leadership and teams can make informed decisions based on the same numbers.
Core Responsibilities
- Define core metrics, data contracts, and ownership alongside Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Platform teams.
- Maintain and verify the certified data layer using ETL tools and Metabase.
- Use SQL to validate data, investigate inconsistencies, and trace numbers to their sources.
- Collaborate with the Platform team to improve data flows, pipelines, and transformations.
- Resolve reporting discrepancies by determining which numbers to trust.
- Improve data literacy through documentation, practical guidance, and workshops while utilizing AI-assisted tools for workflows and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of senior experience in analytics, data, or BI (scale-up experience is helpful).
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and tracing.
- Experience defining KPIs with Finance and business owners, alongside background in data governance, quality, or data models.
- Understanding of data flows, pipelines, and transformations.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging unclear metrics.
- Hands-on, business-minded approach with experience in automation, AI agents, or AI-supported workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English (German is a plus).
Working Environment and Benefits
The role is based at the Reev Munich office at Stiglmaierplatz, requiring at least three days on-site each week. Compensation includes a salary of €1,000.
