Senior, Business Risk & AI Automation

Reddit is looking for a Senior, Business Risk & AI Automation to join its IT team in Canada on a senior level. This is a unique opportunity for an audit professional to help build an AI-first internal audit and risk function, focusing on leveraging agentic AI to transform SOX testing, core financial processes, and platform regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Architect and scale the SOX compliance program using AI-driven testing for financial reporting, revenue recognition, payroll and equity compensation, and other core business process controls.
• Collaborate across teams including Finance and Accounting, Sales, People & Culture, and Legal.
• Require 2 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, internal audit, and/or compliance function, backed by a Bachelor's degree.
• Bring experience in internal controls and SOX testing within the technology industry, along with hands-on experience using AI tools and prompting such as ChatGPT and the Google AI suite.
• Professional certifications like CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.
