Senior Client Partner Sales Job in the USA
LivePerson is seeking a Senior Client Partner for a fully remote sales role based in the USA. In this senior-level position within the North American Enterprise Sales organization, you will manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of the company's most strategic enterprise customers, reporting to the Director of Sales, North America. The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Own the overall commercial strategy, account plans, and end-to-end renewal process for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Experience, and Contact Center organizations.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by aligning AI-powered solutions with customer priorities.
- Lead executive business reviews, develop compelling business cases, and proactively manage risks to customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Support to ensure exceptional outcomes and maintain strong CRM discipline.
