Senior Data Analyst, GTM Job Overview

Tremendous is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, GTM to join their fully remote IT team in the USA. In this senior-level role, you will partner across go-to-market teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to connect the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytics methods like conversion funnels and attribution across GTM teams.
  • Consolidate findings into compelling narratives for the company.
  • Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to advocate for data-informed decisions.
  • Standardize processes, develop innovative practices, and provide mentorship within the Data team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience. You will need extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics, the ability to write sophisticated SQL, and proficiency with at least one visualization and business intelligence platform such as Sigma, Tableau, or Mode. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $175,000 to $225,000, accompanied by equity. Additional benefits include 100% covered health insurance in the US, unlimited PTO, and 12 to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
