(Senior) Event & Operations Manager (m/w/d)

TechQuartier is seeking a (Senior) Event & Operations Manager (m/w/d) for a full-time management role based in Frankfurt am Main, starting in November. As a central innovation hub celebrating 10 years of driving growth in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region, TechQuartier connects founders with established companies and organizes major initiatives like the IMPACT FESTIVAL.

Responsibilities of the Event & Operations Manager in Frankfurt

• Plan, manage, and prepare internal and external events in the coworking space from planning through execution.
• Oversee day-to-day coworking operations to ensure consistent processes and standards.
• Continuously develop event management and coworking operations using a strategic approach and fresh ideas.
• Coordinate tasks within the team and foster a motivating, inclusive environment while mentoring new graduates and interns.

Requirements and Background

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including in-depth expertise in event and office management. You should possess a hands-on mentality, a structured and independent work style, and strong communication skills in both German and English. Prior experience in a startup or coworking environment is helpful but not required.
