1KOMMA5° is seeking a (Senior) Go-to-Market Scaling Manager - Germany (m/f/d) for a senior-level management role based in Berlin. In this position, you will focus on optimising the performance, positioning, and monetisation of the Heartbeat AI energy optimisation platform within the German market. Rather than building from zero, you will take ownership of existing structures, fine-tune pricing and packaging, and drive cross-functional initiatives alongside Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the German market operates at its full potential.
What You Will Do
- Own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI in Germany, identifying where current structures leave value on the table.
- Fine-tune pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution while testing fresh positioning ideas in a mature market.
- Analyze unit economics to shape monetisation strategy and translate technical constraints into commercial decisions.
- Track market performance using data to spot underperformance and turn insights into concrete actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Go-to-Market Director and senior leadership to present updates and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or GTM role, ideally within the tech and energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to optimise established markets by refining pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies end to end.
- Solid grasp of unit economics and margin structures to drive commercial and product strategy.
- Strong cross-functional influencing skills and an impact-driven approach.
