A.Team is seeking a Senior Independent Software Developer located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel to join our application-only network of builders. This IT role connects senior talent with high-growth, VC-backed companies to tackle high-impact contract initiatives.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Independent Software Developer, you will work in small, diverse teams of 3 to 4 people to build ambitious software from 0 to 1. You will be compensated to scope projects, guide technical strategy, and execute solutions. Our clients range from early-stage startups backed by a16z and YC to major enterprises like Lyft, Pepsi, and McGraw Hill. You maintain complete autonomy to accept or decline missions based on your availability.
Compensation and Requirements
Hourly Rate: $90 to $150+ per hour, keeping 100% of your set rate.
Experience: 5+ years of experience, typically coming from backgrounds at large companies or high-growth startups.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Focus: This network is for senior professionals seeking consistent, complex contract work rather than small gigs or basic website builds.
