Eraneos is seeking a (Senior) Manager Business Value Chain for a senior-level management role based in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or available remotely. In this position within the Production & Operations team, you will advise senior executives, drive business development, expand strategic client relationships, and lead high-impact transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Focus
- Advise senior executives on strategic transformation, operational excellence, manufacturing, and supply chain topics.
- Lead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs.
- Drive business development, lead proposal development, and expand key accounts.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensure successful delivery, and coach consulting team members.
Candidate Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs, and business development.
- University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills, alongside flexibility to travel based on project needs.
