CodePath, the largest educator of college computer science students in the country, is seeking a remote, full-time Senior Manager of AI Practice, Claude Corps for our IT team. Following our recent $150M initiative with Anthropic launched in June 2026 to place 1,000 AI-trained fellows at nonprofits across America, we need an experienced senior-level professional to oversee our mentor network and program delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Director of AI Programs, you will manage a team of mentors (scaling to about ten mentors and 200 fellows at full capacity) and take direct ownership of instructional delivery outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The compensation range is $130,000 to $148,000 per year, and the start date is September 21st, ahead of the October 19th cohort launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Management: Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of mentors, maintaining quality standards through weekly syncs, 1:1s, and clear escalation paths. Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including timely pull request reviews, milestone evaluations, and host manager engagement.
• Program Delivery Ownership: Own the learning outcomes and instructional execution for your portfolio of fellows, ensuring that curriculum lands effectively across all pods.
• Instructional Leadership: Set the agenda-based instructional time for your portfolio, deciding whether to lead sessions live for the entire group or delegate them to mentors within their pods.
