Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist in Hamburg

Workidentity is recruiting a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist (gn) for an internationally active family-owned corporate group operating in the telecom and business sector. This senior-level telecommunication field role is based in Hamburg with a hybrid home office model, or alternatively available as a fully remote position across Germany with occasional travel to Hamburg.

In this position, you will act as the central interface between business departments and IT, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into practical ERP solutions, take technical responsibility for system advancement, and steer international rollouts, implementation projects, and automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed training in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
• Prior experience in a shaping role such as Product Owner, Key User, or Inhouse Consultant.
• Strong understanding of business processes, structured problem-solving skills, and a practice-oriented approach.
• Very good command of both German and English.
