EverAI, one of the top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI companies globally with 50 million users, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer for a full-time remote role based in Germany. Operating within the marketing field at a senior level, you will work directly with the CMO to help scale the user base toward ambitious future milestones.

Role Responsibilities and Focus Areas

• Take ownership of paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, running high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor daily performance using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards, driving decisions through CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis.
• Manage the creative briefing process, defining hooks, formats, and angles while collaborating with content and product teams on landing pages.
• Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, and explore new acquisition opportunities and networks.
• Create automation systems, SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to scale campaigns efficiently.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants for this senior position must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 4 to 10+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing or user acquisition. You should be hands-on, capable of executing quickly, iterating with creative and funnel inputs, and scaling successful campaigns.
