Getpress GmbH is hiring a Senior PR Manager (m/w/d) for a management role based in Berlin or available as a remote position within Germany. As part of a growing team building the PR company of the future, you will help shape outcome-driven, AI-first public relations for high-growth companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute individual B2B and B2C PR strategies with a focus on media placements.
- Act as a strategic C-level advisor, managing client communications using quarterly plans and KPIs.
- Leverage an internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and topic scouting to free up time for creativity and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships across the DACH region and Europe.
- Collaborate openly within the team, sharing knowledge and participating in peer-to-peer feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in operational PR (ideally in an agency setting) with a proven track record of securing placements in major German media outlets.
- Strong consulting skills to translate corporate goals into measurable PR strategies.
- Established journalist network and an active awareness of current news cycles and topic potential.
- Pragmatic use of AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Primary / Matric education level, C2-level German proficiency, professional English communication skills, and residence in Germany.
