Role Overview and Technical Stack

As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you will join a fully distributed engineering team to help scale systems that serve millions of daily active users. The core technology stack primarily includes Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL within a service-oriented, event-driven architecture.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience leading large projects on high-scale, distributed software systems
• Proficiency in backend development using Node, Python, Golang, Ruby, or similar languages
• Experience with direct SQL usage and relational databases like MySQL or GCP Cloud SQL
• Hands-on experience developing APIs and services for mobile and web clients at scale
