GALVANY, a profitable Greentech startup working to make climate-neutral living accessible through heat pumps, battery storage, and smart metering, is seeking a entry-level Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Wärmepumpen for their operations based in Hamburg. This telecom and heating technology role involves supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems directly for customers.
Your responsibilities in the field include assisting installation partners with technical advice and integration, planning and optimizing hydraulic connections, troubleshooting, and documenting work steps while providing clear customer briefings. Candidates should have a completed education as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK or a comparable qualification, along with solid knowledge of heating and heat pump technology. While 0-2 years of experience is noted, field service experience is an advantage. You will also need a Class B driver's license, readiness to travel within Germany using the provided company vehicle, comfort with digital tools, and fluent German language skills (at least B2/C1).
