Software Engineer, Analytics – Senior Level IT Job in the USA

In this position, you will lead the development of clinical AI and machine learning product analytics infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to support client success, product, clinical, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Build infrastructure, queries, and automation to monitor product KPIs and success metrics across multiple clinical domains.
- Create frameworks and tools enabling the clinical team to independently review and investigate client-reported cases.
- Propose and implement foundational data platform improvements to boost scalability and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- Require a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline.
- Require 5+ years of experience building scalable, secure analytics infrastructure and tools on a cloud platform (preferably AWS) handling sensitive PHI/PII data.
- Require proficiency in Python and SQL, alongside deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies like cloud data warehouses, dbt, workflow orchestration, and BI tools.
