Sr. Staff Engineer (Backend)

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong record of group-level technical leadership
• Proficiency with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Go, alongside a deep understanding of system design for scale
• Experience introducing shared infrastructure, frameworks, or libraries across multiple teams
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD workflows like CircleCI or GitHub, and observability tools such as Datadog
