Serve Robotics is seeking a senior-level Sr. Technical Program Manager, Hardware/Software Integration in Canada and the USA to oversee complex technical projects in IT and robotics. In this role, you will manage planning, execution, and optimization for hardware, software, manufacturing test, and deployment efforts, coordinating across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams to streamline robot upgrades and new product development.

Role Qualifications and Background

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or an equivalent engineering discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with hardware, systems, or autonomous systems development processes.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and shipping product features in a production environment.
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems in public spaces, or products involving policy and regulatory aspects will help you stand out.
