Staff Product Manager — Engagement (Super App & Web Dashboard)

The Engagement tribe sits at the center of SumUp's merchant experience — the team behind the everyday product surfaces that more than 4 million business owners rely on. This is a rare Staff-level IC opportunity: you'll own the merchant-facing super app, the web dashboard, and the core platforms underneath them that the rest of the product organization builds on top of. What you'll do


Own the end-to-end experience of the super app and web dashboard — UX quality, information architecture, and navigation across the surfaces merchants use most
Spot and act on opportunities for activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention that move the needle on engagement and long-term merchant value
Keep the company-wide design system current and useful for every product team that relies on it
Work closely with internal stakeholders and oversee the mobile and web platforms to speed up delivery and improve the developer experience
Set the product strategy that makes the super app and web dashboard the tool merchants can't imagine running their business without


You'll be great for this role if…


You've worked as a Staff-level IC (or the equivalent), running multiple squads or workstreams at once and showing real results in engagement, retention, or monetization
You're comfortable in the weeds of product discovery and prioritization, and you know how to use data — defining the right metrics, reading the analysis, and letting the numbers guide the call
You can hold your own with senior engineers on platform and infrastructure topics: build pipelines, architecture, developer tooling
You have a strong eye for design and UX, and you've led customer research yourself — from discovery interviews through usability testing — giving design teams feedback they can actually use
You've built your career in high-growth tech, fintech, or consumer apps, and you know your way around the App Store, Play Store, and mobile release processes
