Strategic Account Manager - USA - Sales

Cloudinary, the image and video API platform trusted by over 10,000 companies worldwide, is seeking a senior-level Strategic Account Manager for a sales role based in the USA. In this position, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic existing customers, taking accountability for retention, expansion, and overall revenue growth while meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, tech-oriented B2B SaaS company with a proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
• Experience managing and selling to enterprises
• Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines including relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
• Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline and forecast while working cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with some travel required
