Tabel GmbH is seeking a Teamleiter (m/w/d) Kommissionierung for a full-time entry-level position in Neuss, Nordrhein-Westfalen. This role combines team leadership with hands-on operational work in logistics, offering an hourly wage of 16€ to 18€ plus bonuses.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the team in shift operations while actively working alongside them on the floor.
- Pick goods, combine items, pack products, and operate material handling equipment.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks, plan shifts, and manage priorities.
- Identify disruptions early, monitor order quality, and document relevant processes.
- Work in a cold storage area maintained at 4 to 6 degrees Celsius.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Practical background in warehousing, logistics, or order picking.
- Experience in leading staff and routine handling of industrial trucks.
- Very good German language skills.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, combined with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
