Doctolib is currently seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist - Praxissoftware (x/f/m) for an entry-level telecom and software onboarding role based in Berlin, Berlin. This position requires 0 to 2 years of experience and a primary or matric education background. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Handle data migration by securely and accurately transferring patient and appointment data from legacy systems into Doctolib software.
- Communicate proactively with medical practices and hospitals via phone and email to guide them through technical requirements before launch.
- Provide in-house technical expertise for Sales and Deployment teams, managing system configurations, API integrations, and complex onboarding cases.
- Integrate the all-in-one software into existing practice management systems and establish necessary interfaces.
- Contribute to internal improvements by developing trainings, automating processes, and participating in the Innovation Lab.
Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools, along with initial experience in SQL or regular expressions.
- Fluent German communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Solid grasp of tech basics, including APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, and VPNs.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions over the phone and in online meetings.
- An eye for detail and curiosity about digital processes in healthcare technology.
Additional experience with JavaScript, Python, EHR systems, SaaS tools, or AI integration is considered a plus.
