We're Meta. We do social stuff. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp—you know the drill. Started small in 2004, now it's billions of people. And we're moving into VR and AR because that's where things are going next.

What you'll do
Look at data. Find problems. Fix them.
Work with engineers and product people to make things better
Think about risks before they happen. Build stuff to stop them.
Run stats and regressions to see what's going on with the business
Make dashboards in Tableau and SQL so people can actually see what's happening
Run projects from idea to done
Keep everyone posted on what's changing
Track how launches are doing and watch the numbers
Find ways to improve processes and automate boring stuff
Work from anywhere in the US
What you need
Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Math, Physics, or similar
5 years of experience after your degree
In those 5 years:
Solved hard problems with data
Used SQL and Excel on big datasets
Wrote code in PHP, Python, or Perl
Built data pipelines
Created reporting systems and alerts
Explained technical stuff to non-technical people
Handled multiple things at once without dropping balls
Used Tableau or Unidash
Led projects from start to finish
