Quantum-Systems GmbH is seeking a senior-level Training Manager (m/f/d) Management to join their team in Gilching, Bayern, Germany. In this role, also functioning as a UAV Instructor and Demo Manager within the Training Demo and Documentation team, you will act as the figurehead for the company through close interaction with international customers and decision-makers during product demonstrations and training.
Your Day-to-Day Mission
- Ensure completion and function of UAS equipment before traveling worldwide for demos and training.
- Create and maintain instructional materials, manuals, presentations, and practical exercises in German and English.
- Oversee hands-on fixed-wing UAV flight training, including pre-flight checks, flight planning, post-flight, and post-processing procedures.
- Assess trainee performance in theory and practice, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations for audiences ranging from operators to ministerial decision-makers.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Military, police, or intelligence background, ideally with operational experience abroad and in training security forces.
- Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training independently in German or English (a third language is an advantage).
- Experience working with fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems.
- Confidence presenting to demanding, security-focused audiences, alongside a willingness to travel worldwide to challenging locations.
