VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations

Serve Robotics is looking for a senior-level VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations to join the team in Canada or the US. In this senior IT leadership role, you will define and execute the IT roadmap across delivery depots, engineering labs, corporate offices, and subsidiaries, balancing strategy with hands-on execution to support rapid company growth and robotics innovation.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Leadership Role

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with expansion and R&D goals, managing budgets, vendors, and technology investments.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, ERP systems, and IoT/edge-device deployments for robotics operations.
• Lead IT planning for new markets, facilities, and M&A integration activities.
• Partner with security leaders to drive access controls, identity management, endpoint protection, and compliance with SOX, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT team while establishing support SLAs across offices, labs, and depots.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants for this senior IT infrastructure and operations position must have a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing distributed enterprise IT environments in high-growth tech companies, live operations across multiple time zones, and deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, and identity management. For US-based candidates, the listed base salary range is $230,000 to $310,000, with final compensation varying based on location, experience, and role alignment.
