Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud infrastructure company headquartered in Amsterdam with R&D hubs across Europe, is hiring a senior-level Vulnerability Operation Center Lead for a driving role based in Europe. This position requires 5 to 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years specifically focused on vulnerability management or security operations, alongside a Primary or Matric education background. As the Vulnerability Operation Center Lead, you will build and shape our new Vulnerability Operations Center from the ground up, owning the complete vulnerability management lifecycle across our cloud infrastructure, products, and hardware stack. Your responsibilities include improving automated vulnerability triaging, enhancing data quality through intelligence feeds and AI-assisted triage, handling hands-on validation of critical and zero-day vulnerabilities, and managing vulnerability intake from scanners, bug bounty programs, threat intelligence feeds, and penetration tests. You will also prioritize findings using frameworks such as CVSS, EPSS, and SSVC, drive remediation accountability across engineering teams, and report metrics to security leadership.
Candidates must possess a strong grasp of CVE/NVD and prioritization scoring, familiarity with cloud-native vulnerability scanning tools, and experience managing vulnerabilities across IaaS or cloud infrastructure, with GPU or HPC environment experience being an advantage.
