Your Responsibilities in Finance

In your initial weeks, your focus will be on scheduling client appointments via phone, networks, and leads, learning core communication processes, and working with KPIs for performance optimization. As you progress, you will assist with analyzing client situations, preparing structured consulting documents, supporting client follow-ups, and managing documentation. You will work closely with an experienced team in a performance-driven culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university or FH (Bachelors level)
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, both orally and in writing
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
• High personal initiative and a structured working style
• Drive for performance and measurable results
• 0 to 2 years of prior experience in sales, service, consulting, or a sports/high-performance background is preferred
