Werkstudent*in Accounting (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf und Remote

OXG Glasfaser GmbH is looking for a Werkstudent*in Accounting (m/w/d) for an entry-level position based in Düsseldorf and remote. This role offers a unique insight into building a Finance Operations organization, covering areas such as accounting and reporting, finance projects and systems, and treasury.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the accounting department with independent process responsibility, including the incoming invoice process.
• Assist with financial statements, reporting, project tasks, and consulting other departments.
• Act as a project team member to help build efficient end-to-end processes, such as during an ERP system introduction.

What We Are Looking For

• Current enrollment in Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a comparable field of study.
• Strong communication skills, high independence, and a proactive approach to contributing your own ideas.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Ideally, some initial practical experience in accounting within an industrial company, auditing, or audit-related consulting.
